After we have already published 40 new capitulary pages in May 2022 (BK 203 to BK 242), another 43 will follow now (BK 243 to BK 283), which also concern capitularies of the time after 840, including one of the most comprehensive capitulary texts ever: the Edictum Pistense (BK 273), which was issued in 864.

Furthermore, we would like to present our recently published book “Die Sprache des Rechts. Historische Semantik und karolingische Kapitularien”, which contains the proceedings to our 2017 conference at the GHI in Paris, including contributions from our project members Stefan Esders, Britta Mischke and Steffen Patzold.
