We are happy to announce the arrival of a new colleague at the Capitularia project: Dr des. Grigorii Borisov has just finished his PhD on the transmission of the Leges Frisionum and Thuringorum, and their creation in the time of Charlemagne. Starting on 1 September he is now part of our team!

Furthermore, in August and September we are hosting a guest researcher: Prof Dr Shigeto Kikuchi (Tokyo) is working on his current research projects on Carolingian capitularies and charters, and we are looking forward to jointly discuss his results here in Cologne.
