Dieser Codex, dessen Inhalt auf fol. 4r treffend mit Melanges angesprochen wird und 1647 zusammengestellt wurde, vereint insbesondere Exzerpte von Texten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen, viele davon von der Hand Dupuys geschrieben. Die beiden hier interessierenden Stücke sind wahrscheinlich aus der Handschrift Paris Lat. 4638, foll. 181v-183v abgeschrieben worden.
