The first two manuscripts, featuring capitularies issued by Pippin III and Charlemagne, are kept in Laon while the remaining three belong to the monumental collection of the Biblioth\u00e8que nationale de France in Paris:<\/p>\n<li><a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\" href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/ laon-bm-201\/\">Laon, Biblioth\u00e8que municipale, 201<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\" href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/ laon-bm-265\/\">Laon, Biblioth\u00e8que municipale, 265<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\" href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/paris-bn-lat-1535\/\">Paris, Biblioth\u00e8que nationale de France, Lat. 1535<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\"  href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/paris-bn-lat-2826\/\">Paris, Biblioth\u00e8que nationale de France, Lat. 2826<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\" href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/paris-bn-lat-11792\/\">Paris, Biblioth\u00e8que nationale de France, Lat. 11792<\/a><\/li>\n<p>The capitulary collection in Laon 265 has been of particular interest to us, as witnessed by a two-part blogpost (<a href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/blog\/sammlung-des-monats-september-2023-die-collectio-capitularium-laudunensis-teil-1\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pt. 1<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/blog\/sammlung-des-monats-oktober-2023-die-collectio-capitularium-laudunensis-teil-2\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pt. 2<\/a>) as well as by <a href=\" https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/blog\/handschrift-des-monats-juli-2022\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">another post<\/a> by our colleague Sven Meeder on the closely related collection in the manuscript <a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\" href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/vesoul-bm-79\/\">Vesoul, Biblioth\u00e8que municipale Louis Garret, 79 (73)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore we have now completely transcribed all capitularies contained in two manuscripts from the Herzog August library in Wolfenb\u00fcttel, namely <a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\" href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/wolfenbuettel-hab-aug-4-50-2\/\">50.2 Aug. 4\u00b0<\/a> and <a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\" href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/wolfenbuettel-hab-gud-lat-299\/\">Cod. Guelf. 299 Gud. Lat<\/a>. Amongst others, this adds two more copies of two of the most widely transmitted capitularies of Charlemagne to our website, <a href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/capit\/pre814\/bk-nr-039\/\">BK 39<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/capit\/pre814\/bk-nr-044\/\">BK 44<\/a>.<br \/>\nLast but not least did we get the opportunity to check our transcription of <a class=\"internal\" title=\"Manuscript page\" href=\"https:\/\/capitularia.uni-koeln.de\/mss\/den-haag-rmw-10-d-2\/\">Den Haag, Museum Meermanno \u2013 Huis van het boek, 10 D 2<\/a>, an important manuscript for the early capitularies of Charles the Bald, against the original in Den Haag.
