Nach einem ersten <span class=\"tei-hi rend-italic\">Explicit<br \/>\n                     liber<\/span> sind gegen Ende der Hs. kleinere kanonistische, meist der<br \/>\n                  Hispana entlehnte Texte einger\u00fcckt (auch diese zweite Sammlung und damit das<br \/>\n                  Gesamtwerk wurden abgeschlossen mit <span class=\"tei-hi rend-italic\">Liber explicit.<br \/>\n                     Explicit),<\/span> darunter:<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<ul class=\"bare\">\n<li class=\"tei-msItem\">\n<p>\n                     <span class=\"rend-semibold\" title=\"BK\u00a016\">Decretum Vermeriense<\/span> (a. 756), c. 5 (MGH<br \/>\n                     Capit. 1, Nr. 16, S. 40 Z. 25 &#8211; 27). Die von Schulte mitgeteilte Rubrik <span class=\"tei-hi rend-italic\">Item, ex conc. apud Vermeriam habito<\/span> weist auf Gratian<br \/>\n                     C. 31 q. 1 c. 6 palea, so da\u00df die Annahme naheliegt, das schon bei Regino 2,<br \/>\n                     117 und Burchard 6, 41 rezipierte Kapitel sei der sp\u00e4teren kanonistischen<br \/>\n                     Tradition entnommen. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"tei-msItem\">\n<p>Zu einem anderen Exzerpt aus dem Decretum Vermeriense in den Codd.
