Mordek sah dieses Stück, wie auch BK 132<\/a> und BK 133<\/a>, “im Übergangsbereich zwischen
\n Kapitularien und Urkunden angesiedelt” und wollte es daher nur unter die Additamenta
\n einer neuen Kapitularienedition aufnehmen, zumal sich dieses Stück noch “‘diplomatischer'”
\n gebe als die beiden anderen Nummern (Mordek 1995<\/a>, S. 28).
\n Das Stück ist bereits 1906 von Mühlbacher als Diplom Karls des Großen neu ediert worden,
\n siehe MGH DD Karol. 1 Nr. 217 S. 289-290<\/a>.\n <\/div>\n
