Benennung und Datierung dieses Kapitulars variieren seit
\n Boretius\/Krause. Ganshof 1947<\/a> datierte das Stück
\n – gemeinsam mit dem “Capitulare missorum” (BK 25) – auf eine Versammlung geistlicher
\n und weltlicher Großer in Regensburg, die Karl der Große zwischen Weihnachten 792 (25.
\n Dezember) und Ostern 793 (7. April) abgehalten habe. Ihm folgend gab Mordek 1995<\/a> dem Kapitular den Namen “Karoli Magni
\n capitulare (Ratisbonense?)” und setzte es in die Jahre 792\/93, revidierte sein Urteil
\n im Folgenden jedoch. Mit Mordek 2005a<\/a> gehört das
\n nunmehr von ihm als “Capitulare Haristallense secundum speciale” bezeichnete
\n Stück in den Kontext der Reichsversammlung zu Herstal im März 779, wo es als zweites
\n Kapitular neben das “Capitulare Haristallense” (BK 20) trat.<\/div>\n
